Do I need to buy my own charger?

Yes all modern EVs use a standard J1772 connector or come with an adapter. Tesla, Ford F-150 Lightning, Chevy Bolt, Rivian, Hyundai, Kia, BMW they all work with a properly installed Level 2 charger.
Do you pull permits?
